Free Privacy Policies and Disclaimer Forms for Your Website

In The WEST Program, I provide my students with a full video FAQ section to help them with all of the little intricacies of online business on the internet. This video is meant for that purpose as well, but I felt it was important to reveal it to as many people as possible. One of the biggest problems that plague internet business owners is their legal policies and having those policies created.

Two of those are the disclaimer and privacy policy. It can be very difficult and expensive to have a qualified internet attorney create those for you. In this 7 minute video, I’ll show you how to protect your website with these much needed forms within a matter of seconds at absolutely no cost. To get an extremely comprehensive course on building a profitable internet business that would even make your dog drool… go to www.TheWESTProgram.com

THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS SITE IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS LEGAL ADVICE AND ANY TIME YOU NEED LEGAL ADVICE FOR YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY AND DON'T SCREW WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT AND BUILD POSITIVE AND VALUABLE RELATIONSHIPS AND EVERYTHING SHOULD BE ALL GOOD. IF THEY STEAL YOUR CONTENT, NOW ATLEAST YOU'LL HAVE THE PROPER FORMS TO SUE THEIR AS*SES!]

  1. Good morning, Bob!

Thank you for posting this resource to help small businesses with the terms of service and privacy statements. This is something I have not addressed for myself or clients. In fact, when I got your email I was in the process of drafting a notice to my clients about the need for these to be added to their web sites and recommending they contact an attorney to have one created. However, many small businesses don’t have the funds available for legal fees. Catch 22, huh?

The information you provide is invaluable. Thank you for keeping me informed (and legal). Best wishes.

Not only that but the video is so easy to understand and follow, a great example of what WEST is all about and how it is done.
