		<description>A few months ago I found myself in a place, let&#039;s just say where I would not wish others ever having to go. I&#039;m not out of it yet but I&#039;m pointed in the right direction and taking a few tentative steps. 
If I get it wrong I know I&#039;ll shatter like crystal glass, but I now have confidence and the determination to stick my finger in the faces of those that put me there - by showing them what I&#039;m capable of. I have someone to thank for that, so here it is . . . thank you Bob. 
You may never know what or how but thank you, with all my heart. David</description>
